YouTube took the stage during Pansonic's CES 2013 press conference on Tuesday and announced that, later this year, it will provide a new application for Panasonic's Viera Smart TVs.

The application will allow iOS and Android users to queue, create playlists and quickly send/control YouTube content that's available on the TV. Neither YouTube nor Panasonic would provide a clear date as to when the technology will be available, although we suspect we'll hear more in the coming weeks.

We're loving the blend between mobile and TV, it seems to be a huge trend at this year's CES.
