Sony still hasn’t announced any plans to sell the Xperia Z5 to American shoppers, but one retailer is taking matters into its own hands. Expansys is offering the flagship phone in black, gold or green with 32GB of storage for $669.99.

That’s not cheap, though it puts the Xperia Z5 in direct competition with some of the best smartphones out there. The iPhone 6s is available from Apple unlocked for $649, though that only gets you 16GB of storage. You can also pick up the Galaxy S6 with 32GB of space from Best Buy for $679.99.

Of course, there are plenty of budget-friendly options out there too. Motorola sells its flagship Moto X Pure Edition for just $399 unlocked. HTC is offering the same price on its new One A9, along with the promise of speedy Android updates.

To be fair though, the Xperia Z5 is a pretty uniquely awesome smartphone. It boasts a sleek metal design with a water-resistant rating. It also packs a Snapdragon 810 processor, a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a 23-megapixel rear camera, a 2900mAh battery and 3GB of RAM.

If you’re determined to get your hands on the Xperia Z5 in America this may be your best chance, though like we said there are plenty of cheaper options out there as well.
