Last month, Sony started selling the Xperia Z3 Compact straight to U.S. customers, and now the company has done the same with the rest of its Z3 lineup. Starting today, you can finally order the flagship Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact unlocked straight from Sony’s website.

The Xperia Z3 is still one of the best smartphones of 2014, offering a sleek water-resistant design and solid specs. It comes equipped with a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 801 processor, a 20.7-megapixel camera and a 3100mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Z3 Compact Tablet packs an 8-inch 1920 × 1200-pixel display, a Snapdragon 801 processor, a 4500mAh battery and a water-resistant design.

Of course, buying a premium device unlocked and off-contract means it won’t come cheap. The Xperia Z3 will cost you $679.99 with 16GB of storage on Sony’s website, while the Z3 Tablet Compact starts at $499.99. For those prices you might want to consider the new Nexus lineup from Google instead, which offer faster processors and newer software at a lower price.
