Gamers like Captain Sparkles, FreakMan Brad, OrcLover71, and The Real Will Ferrell (not actually the real Will Ferrell) had better get ready: Will Ferrell (the real one) is coming for them.

The star of such modern classics as Anchorman and Step Brothers has launched a campaign to raise money for cancer research. Anyone who donates $10 or more to his IndieGoGo campaign will be entered into a drawing – once the $375,000 goal is met – for a chance to fly out to San Francisco for a special gaming event. The event will be streamed live via Twitch. If you're the chosen one, you'll be flown out and will get a half-eaten bag of Skittles in addition to any other prizes that small businesses like Microsoft and Amazon can scrape together.

The campaign has backer rewards like a limited run set of signed cowbells, in case you require additional cowbell, and Will's new gamer-focused sunscreen, because gamers spend a lot of time outside.

If you shop on Amazon, the decision is even easier: donations of $10 or more also get a $5 Amazon credit.

The campaign is already going and ends October 12. The event itself occurs on October 26.
