Last year's retro remaster Wild Guns Reloaded is finally heading to new platforms. Natsume confirmed that the upgraded classic will be bringing its pixelated Western shooter to Steam before the year is out. The publisher failed to mention a specific date, though.
The remaster launched last year on the PlayStation 4 to fairly strong reviews, especially from those who loved the original during its Super Nintendo lifetime. Wild Guns offers a bright and colorful world where the Old West meets sci-fi in a celebration of pixelated greatness.
This is also the first time Natsume has published a game for the PC in North America.
Should be headed for the Switch soon
I don't think that it needs to be said, but this game should be destined for a Switch release. The original game appeared both on the Wii and Wii U Virtual Consoles, and Nintendo fans have a long-lasting affection for it. The PC release is nice, a Nintendo Switch release would be phenomenal.
As of now, Wild Guns Reloaded s heading to the PC in 2017, and it is currently available on the PlayStation 4.
