The Wi-Fi-only version of the Motorola Xoom may be headed our way later this month. According to a Staples ad acquired by Droid Life, the Wi-Fi Xoom will be available on March 27th for $599.

The Motorola Xoom is the first Android tablet on the market running Honeycomb, a version of Android designed specifically for tablets. The 3G version of the Xoom launched in late February (check out Jon's unboxing video), with those who purchased the tablet given the option for a free 4G upgrade later this summer. No official release date for the WiFi-only version has been announced by Motorola.

Are any of you waiting to purchase a WiFi-only Xoom? What do you think about the $599 price tag?
