The demo for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is scheduled to go live today, and details are pouring in with what you’ll be able to do and capture.

Initial reports showed that players who get the demo would be able to both transfer items and a special Pokémon into the main game, and that special Pokémon has been revealed to be Mega Glalie. The demo will also be home to special content not found in the main, so if you want to experience it all, you better get crackin’ to get your hands on the demo.

Details on how to get the demo can be found on the official website. Most of them include going to a cinema or a video game retailer to get ahold of, meaning those options are obviously out for me, but those who pick up Pokémon Art Academy, Pokémon Virtual Console games due this month, or simply have Nintendo Network IDs could be eligible.

That seems a tad more accessible. Better hope for the best! Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the main release, will be exactly one month from today on Nov. 21.
