What a great post to start off the morning…or afternoon, evening and midnight, depending on where you live and what time you’re reading this site. Grab a cup of java, sit down and watch 14 full minutes of Watch_Dogs, directly from Ubisoft.
The demo is lead by Ubisoft’s Colin Graham, the Animation Director on Watch_Dogs. The gameplay within occurs entirely in the free roam segment of the game. So, no missions, no real objectives, just walking, hacking and fighting. Graham calls it a vertical slice.
You’ll also see a little bit of how the multiplayer works in this game. At least, one of the ways that multiplayer works. The player will be hacked by another player in this sort of dynamic and spur of the moment segment.
Actually, it’s pretty cool…if it works this well in real life.
Watch_Dogs is set to release for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U and PC on November 19th. It will be available for the Xbox One’s launch on November 22nd. We’ll have more on the title as it comes.
