When Marvel starts production on the TV series starring Vision and Scarlet Witch, it won’t have to look hard to find a writer. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jac Schaeffer, one of the writers of Captain Marvel, has been nabbed to lead the upcoming show, which is expected to debut on Disney’s upcoming streaming service.

The show is said to star Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen, who portrayed Vision and Scarlet Witch in movies like Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. At this point, there are no details about the show, though it’s expected to be a limited series and expand on their budding romance.

The Vision and Scarlet Witch show is just one of many Marvel shows reportedly in development for Disney+. The service is also expected to debut a series focused on Loki, as well as a buddy series with Falcon and Winter Soldier. Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Mackie, and Sebastian Stan are also rumored to reprise their roles.

In Avengers: Infinity War, audiences caught a more grounded glimpse at Vision and Scarlet Witch as the two characters became more romantically involved. But Thanos and his Black Order had other ideas; it’s unclear if their show will take place before or after the events of the upcoming Avengers: Endgame.

As for Schaeffer, she’s becoming a superstar at Marvel. The writer not only helped pen Captain Marvel, but she developed the script for Marvel’s rumored Black Widow film. Now, she’s being trusted to lead a show starring Vision and Scarlet Witch.

Although it’s unclear when the show will debut—likely in 2020 at the earliest—Disney’s streaming service is set to debut at the end of 2019.
