A US-only phone launch at a trade show in Europe? Sounds odd, but it’s true. Samsung had the Galaxy S 4G on hand at their media happy hour last night, and I got my mitts on one for a few minutes. It’s basically a Galaxy S with the additions of a front-facing camera, HSPA+ radio capable of download speeds up to 21 Mbps, and a nifty new battery cover done up in a glimmering grey pattern.
This one will be available on February 23 for $149.99 on contract. Check out my quick hands-on video for more.
