Roku TV First Impressions: The Future of TV

Roku, best known for its set-top boxes, has entered into the world of adding its interface to televisions manufactured by various companies, making the first all-in-one Roku experience.

The new Roku TV sets will be release from both Hisense and TCL this year, but the company assured us while speaking with them at CES 2014 that more companies were already in negotiations to add the interface in the near future.

For those of you who are fans of the Roku set top boxes, have no fear, they aren’t going away any time soon. The Roku TV sets are merely an extension of the product line and the company will be very much staying in the set top boxes.
