Rettinger’s Rifts: Tech Reviewing Do’s and Don’ts

by Roy Choi | March 26, 2014

Jon R is back to discuss various topics in and out of the tech world.

On this week’s episode, Jon riffs on the do’s and don’ts of tech reviewing. The new trend on the Internet of buying followers and subscribers for site like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube might seem like an easy and quick way to gain followers, but it actually can hurt your account in the long run. It is very easy for companies to sift through your social media accounts and remove illegitimate followers and subscribers.

If you want to be taken seriously as a tech reviewer you need to avoid using shortcuts like these. Focus more on the content and less on the popularity.

All this and more in this episode of Rettinger’s Riffs!
