Nokia Lumia 1320 Hands-On: Meet the New Budget Phablet

Nokia announced the Nokia Lumia 1320 on Tuesday, a mid-tier 6-inch display phablet for the budget conscious.  The Lumia 1320 is priced at $339 (unsubsidized) and will be available in China, Vietnam and other Asian nations later in the year.

Though not as spec’d as the Lumia 1520, the 1320 will receive the same new software updates packaged under Nokia Black.
