Yes, the day has finally arrived and we’re in proud possession of an AT&T Moto X unit. We received a 16GB model for our review and, while you will be able to customize the device directly through Motorola or in AT&T stores, we received a matte black model. The device will retail for $199 later this month, or in early September, and a 32GB option will also be available for $249.
The device is equipped with a dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor clocked at 1.7GHz, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, a 4.7-inch 720p display, a 10-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM and much more. It also allows you to speak “OK Google Now” to execute commands, though we’ll show you more on that in later videos.
Right now we’ll show you what’s in the box and what comes on the phone right away.
