Earlier today we brought you a hands-on gallery of the Moto E, in which we discussed why Motorola launched the $129 phone, who it’s targeted toward and what sort of unique features it offers. We were bouncing around New York City and are finally now able to upload the video, which gives you a quick walkthrough of the device’s features. In it, we discuss some of the hardware, Motorola’s new unique Alert software, which can help track you in emergency situations, and more.
We’ll be bringing you a full review of the Moto E in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, know this: we’re impressed by what Motorola is able to pack into a phone at such a low off-contract price point. This device will no doubt be appealing to first time smartphone users in the United States in addition to first-time smartphone users around the world in emerging markets.
