According to the folks at iRobot themselves, it “Preps, washes, scrubs and squeegees sealed hardwood, tile and linoleum floors. It cleans beneath cabinet edges, tables, chairs and other hard-to-reach places while automatically avoiding rugs, carpets and stairs.”
While it seems too good to be true, it’s real! It doesn’t come from a land of unicorns, rainbows and dancing fairies but rather it’s available at your local hardware store!
This unit is an intermediate floor washer, cleaning up to 500 square feet (1-3 rooms) per battery charge. A full tank washes up to 250 square feet before requiring refilling and allows you to set up a virtual wall to prevent a certain “more delicate” area from being “invaded”.
