iPhone 7 and Apple Car: Is Apple ready to innovate again?

With big releases from Samsung, LG, and HTC out of the way, Apple now has the stage to introduce its big flagship for 2016. We’ve heard plenty of rumors regarding the device already but as we edge closer to the device’s fall release, they’re starting to look less like rumors and more like the real deal. And that’s reflected in a recent report by Macotakara, which claimed that not only will the iPhone 7 sport a dual camera setup, but feature a Smart Connector similar to the iPad Pro.

Apparently the images of the iPhone 7 that have been circulating are “the real deal.” If that’s true, Apple’s upcoming device won’t look much different compared to the design that’s been out for a few years. Instead, Apple could focus heavily on improving its camera technology, and include more technology inside of the device, like a new Intel LTE chip.

Meanwhile, a recent Apple Car rumor claimed the Cupertino company was operating a secret lab in Germany, which is where some big automakers are based. However, talks with Daimler and BMW have reportedly stalled because of disagreements over data, and which companies would own such data.
