Assassin's Creed Unity

Assassin's Creed Unity has not enjoyed the best week. Gamers and critics alike have lashed out at the game's copious bugs and glitches, some of which are downright hilarious and others of which are frustratingly game breaking. Ubisoft has heard the complaints, and has acknowledged that there are quite a few.

In fact, there are so many that Ubisoft has compiled a list on its official forums, addressing which ones have been fixed, which ones are still being worked on, and which ones can be worked around without its help.

It's a step in the right direction addressing each and every complaint its userbase has, but it's still no concrete answer as to why the game launched with so many bugs to begin with. Nor does it address the issue of why Ubisoft didn't let critics tell people about these bugs until 12 hours after the game's launch. That "online experience" excuse doesn't hold a drop of water if a vast majority of your game is a single player experience.

At any rate, it's great to see that the game is being worked on and addressed accordingly. Fixing games from behind is a proud mark of the AAA industry, and Assassin's Creed Unity is about as AAA as they come.
