TweetDeck, one of the best solutions for keeping track of multiple Twitter and Facebook accounts, is getting the ax today on iOS, Android and AIR. Twitter set an official execution date late last month after making a surprise announcement to cut off the mobile and AIR applications; the company is also ditching Facebook integration today, making the service a Twitter-only affair.

You can still take advantage of the desktop and Web versions of TweetDeck, so the service isn't going away completely. And you can always get Twitter's own standalone applications, though users won't get anywhere near the feature-set of the popular TweetDeck service.

We highlighted a few nice alternatives back when Twitter first announced the news, so there are plenty of ways to keep abreast of your chaotic social life. TweetDeck, though, will leave a pretty gaping hole for many of its fervent fans.
