Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 recently released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. On those new consoles, the title was a buggy mess. That’s true even after the day-one patch that was literally bigger than the game.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 was also slated to release for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Its launch date was set for November 13, 2015, but it doesn’t look like the skating title will hit that mark. In fact, recent words from Activision seem to indicate that Tony Hawk 5 won’t hit the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 any time soon at all.

Here’s a statement from Activison to Eurogamer.

We are working closely with our developers to address the issues identified by our community. Our development resources are fully focused on fixes and content updates for PS4 and Xbox One, so we have decided to delay the release of THPS5 on PS3 and X360. We will update the community when we have more specific information about a release date for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Activision has elected to delay Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 for the 360 and PS3 with an unspecified new launch date. Will it ever come? We’re not sure.

We’ll have more on this as it comes. Any 360 or PS3 owners out there looking forward to the new Tony Hawk?
