There's no denying that Apple's MacBook Pro models can be a bit expensive, and it's not all that often that they go on sale — especially the newest iterations. However, right now at Amazon you can score some sweet savings on Apple's 2019 MacBook Pro line with up to $300 off regular prices for a limited time.
The most affordable option is the new base-spec 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar at $1,199.99. It's usually $99 more than that directly at Apple, and this is the lowest we've seen this model go since its release in May. It's equipped with a 1.4GHz 8th-gen quad-core Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 128GB SSD. B&H is also matching this deal. If you need more space, you can snag the 256GB model at a $99 discount too, or you can up the processing power with the 2.4GHz model and save $199.
Select models of Apple's latest MacBook Pro are discounted at Amazon, including 13- and 15-inch versions featuring the Touch Bar.
Up to $300 off
Opting for a 15-inch model gets you the faster 9th-gen Intel Core processor as well as a larger display. The Intel Core i7 model with 256GB SSD is $299 off in space gray or silver and you can save $300 on the Intel Core i9 model with 512GB SSD. Both of these prices are currently matched at B&H and Best Buy also offers further savings for students.
Released just a few months ago, the 2019 MacBook Pro models offer a slightly modified butterfly keyboard design and the larger models have the newer Intel chips, but other than that they are pretty much unchanged as far as the spec-sheet goes when compared to the 2018 model. Because of this, it's certainly worth checking out some of the discounts on the previous-gen models to see if you can save a little more if you don't need to squeeze every bit of power out of your laptop.
