The trouble with photorealistic mods in PC games is typically that they come at the expense of performance. Sure, they look beautiful, but when your PC runs the game like it’s on a carousel slide tray from 1952, it’s not really worth it.
Enter NaturalVision Remastered, a mod done up by modder Razed. This photorealistic mod for Grand Theft Auto V makes the game gorgeous, and supposedly it doesn’t destroy the title’s performance in the process.
Razed offers up some reasoning for why the performance is so much better in the mod’s description.
Unlike any of the previous versions, NaturalVision Remastered does not rely on ReShade for its looks. This allows for players to enjoy a massive boost in performance.
So far, the mod has been downloaded nearly a quarter of a million times, and it’s racked up an almost 5-star rating. It’s been exceptionally well received.
