Now that BattleBlock Theater is officially out on Steam following it’s timed exclusivity on the Xbox 360, The Behemoth can get to talking about its next project. Following, in order, Alien Hominid, Castle Crashers and BattleBlock Theater comes Game 4.

The gameplay teaser for the title was dropped at PAX Prime 2014 over the weekend. It clearly looks like a hex-based strategy title with The Behemoth’s now standard flare for art and humor. It also sounds crazy dark, doesn’t it?

The thing that’s currently worth noting about The Behemoth’s track record recently is that they tend to release on Microsoft’s home console a full year ahead of hitting the PC. That happened with Castle Crashers and BattleBlock Theater. Hopefully, the strategic nature of Game 4 means that PC gamers won’t have to wait for that exclusivity to wear off before playing this one.

We’ll have more on Game 4, including its official name and platform release timelines, as it comes. Stay tuned.
