Reliable leaker Evan Blass took to Twitter on Wednesday to share a promotional poster for a new HTC smartphone called the One X10. Unfortunately, the image doesn’t reveal a great deal about the device, other than that it’s set to sport a design similar to the Desire 10 and will be built with battery life in mind.

Recent speculation points towards the One X10 sporting a 5.5-inch Full HD panel, a Helio P10 octa-core CPU, 3GB of RAM, a 16MP rear-facing camera, an 8MP selfie shooter and a 4,000mAh battery. It’s also expected to ship running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow but should receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update.

The Helio P10 chipset is the right choice

If HTC is really making battery life a priority, the Helio P10 is definitely the right chipset to go with, even though it’s a downgrade from the One X9’s Helio X10. Why, you ask? Because it’s a low-power processor that offers solid performance — so there’s no excuse for the handset to be a slouch.
