If we’re going by the lyrics of the old cartoon show’s theme song, Leonardo should definitely lead the train of character trailers. Donatello should be next, while doing machines. Raphael is cool, but crude. Michelangelo is a party dude.

In case you somehow missed the news, Activision tapped Platinum Games to developed a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game that’s set to release alongside the upcoming sequel to the live action flick. That game’s subtitle is Mutants in Manhattan, and it looks like Platinum is doing for it what it recently did for Transformers with Devastation.

This is much better than creating a simple movie tie-in title and riding the wave of easy cash, right?

If Platinum’s at the helm, this game has my attention. In case you missed the announcement trailer, it’s right here. We’ll have more on this game as it comes. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan is set to release for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC platforms this summer.
