Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4 will cost $899 and launches October 26. Pre-orders available now.

The new Surface features a larger 12.3-inch without increasing the device’s total footprint. It also packs a 6th-gen Intel Core chip, 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and an 8-megapixel camera. The company is also offering a redesigned Type Cover in five different colors with an improved keyboard, backlit keys, and a larger trackpad with 5-point multi-touch. The new Pen also clips on directly to the Surface Pro 4, and comes in five different colors with interchangeable tips and a year-long battery.

The Surface Pro 4 looks like a pretty great upgrade, and a tough competitor for new devices like the iPad Pro and Google’s Pixel C tablet. We’ll have hands-on coverage with the new Surface soon, so stay tuned.
