Nintendo shared an exceptionally brief Super Smash Bros. video this morning that managed to announce four newcomers. That video is the one you see directly above.

The Fire Emblem franchise now has huge representation with the additions of Chrom, Lucina and Robin.

It looks like Chrom is an assist character, though that might be cause for disappointment. Robin’s the name of the character players played in Fire Emblem: Awakening. I know him as, ahem, “Joey.” The video revealed that you can play as both male and female Robin, so enjoy that.

Those hoping for Captain Falcon representation need no longer fear. Mr. “FALCON PUUUUUUNCH!” himself was announced this morning in the video as well. Here he is.

Yusuke Kozaki did this fantastic piece of art for the reveal.
