Revan Malak Star Wars

BioWare's classic Star Wars RPG, Knights of the Old Republic, will be making an unexpected stop on the iPad. IGN has reviewed the game, but no mention has ever been made of it before now. I guess a positive review is the best way to announce something these days.

This is the second BioWare title to pop up on the iPad in recent months. Fans were excited to hear that the first Baldur's Gate received a long overdue Enhance Edition that was ported, so these two classics leave me wondering what else we can expect. A little Jade Empire, anyone?

If you haven't played Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, there is no better time to do so. A masterpiece of storytelling, many consider this to be the best addition to the Star Wars universe since Empire Strikes Back, superseding two and a half decades of silly novels and that awful prequel trilogy.

Editor's note from Joey: I hate the prequels.

It's the game which obviously sparked of imagination for what would eventually become Mass Effect. Graphics aside, it still holds up.

We have no idea when it will be available or how much you will have to drop, seeing as this was announced in a review, but stay tuned for more. It could even find its way out this week.
