We already pretty much assumed Marvel would use Captain America: Civil War as the movie to introduce Spider-Man to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but we never got 100 percent confirmation. Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, however, we finally have a definitive answer—and some details on his role.

Not only will the beloved character make an appearance in the film, but he’ll apparently be wearing “a very familiar red and blue suit.” That lines up with an earlier rumor we’d heard, which said the character could potentially don two different suits, including the one people know and love.

When visiting the set earlier this year, Entertainment Weekly got the opportunity to witness the aftermath of a key battle, and they claim to have seen a stuntman wearing a Spider-Man outfit. That’s not in and of itself a Smoking Gun. But later that day Robert Downey Jr. straight up revealed that he had filmed scenes with the beloved character during that key sequence.

Chris Evans, who plays Captain America, tried to cover up Downey Jr.’s mistake by saying whatever was shot might not even make it into the film, but let’s be real: Spider-Man is going to appear in Civil War, and he’s going to put up a fightIt’s good to know he’ll be involved in some battles, and not just used as a political device.

Spider-Man played a key role in the Civil War comics, so it’s really no surprise to hear he’ll show up in the movie. The question is: How much we will actually see him?

Later in the same report from Entertainment Weekly, the publication says the Hulk won’t be in Cap’s new tale—or so they’ve been told. Our guess? We’ll get some kind of end-credits sequence that alludes to his location. But don’t expect him to join the battle. The Russo brothers, who are directing next year’s Civil War and have also been tapped for Infinity War, even said how difficult it would have been to include Hulk in Civil War because it would be “over quickly.”

Fair enough.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on March 25, 2016. You can check out the movie’s trailer below.
