Gravity Rush is undeniably one of the best original efforts for the PS Vita. This portable title gave players an interesting world and a unique set of skills and abilities in order to present a really compelling game.

In short: it was pretty awesome.

Now, it looks like Sony is working on a sequel.

Simply titled "A Message Trailer from Team Gravity," the quick video shows a few pieces of concept art followed by a quick, in-game cinematic starring Kat, the protagonist of Gravity Rush. The actual message in the trailer reads "Fall again… A new project from Team Gravity."

Of course, this could be little more than fresh content or some sort of port of the original, but all bets seem to be on some sort of follow-up to the PS Vita hit. Let's hope it's a direct sequel to Gravity Rush. That'd be swell.
