Sonic Lost World sure is looking exceptionally vibrant, isn’t it? It’s great that Nintendo is finally able to offer Sega an HD home for their fleet footed mascot. He’s looked great on the other HD consoles in the past, and Sonic Lost World currently stands as one of the best looking Sonic titles we’ve seen in awhile.

Today, we have a brand new look at a few separate areas in the upcoming game. The standouts, of course, of the slower-paced desert level and the crazy rail-driven exploits in the jungle.

The direct feed gameplay comes from TheSonicShow, a YouTube channel dedicated to everything the hedgehog and his cohorts do.

Sonic Lost World is a Nintendo exclusive. Sega will ship the game for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS this October. The Nintendo 3DS version of the game is not a port of what we’ll see on the Wii U; however, it does offer some similar 3D gameplay elements.
