WhatsApp has rolled out an update for its iOS client via the App Store. In addition to transporting a slew of visual tweaks, the upgrade arms Siri with the required permissions to dictate your most recent message — a feature that should prove to be especially useful for keeping up-to-date with conversations while driving (not that you should be doing that, of course).

To make use of WhatApp's new-found support for Siri dictation, you'll need to have the latest version of the application installed on an iPhone running iOS 10.3 or newer, then all you need to do is say is something along the lines of "Hey Siri, read my last WhatsApp message," and it'll do just that.

You can also use Siri to send a WhatsApp message

Pretty neat, right? If this is your first time using Siri with WhatsApp, you may not be aware that you can also send a message through the instant messaging platform using nothing but your voice. It's as simple as saying "Hey Siri, send a WhatsApp message to [insert name] saying [insert message]."
