We’re expecting Samsung to make at least a few big announcements next week at CES 2015, but it looks like the company may have spilled another of its upcoming products ahead of time. The South Korean giant revealed the details of a new Ultrabook with an impressive 12-hour battery life on the Korean language version of its Samsung Tomorrow blog.

The new laptop, called the Series 9 2015 Edition Ultrabook, packs a 12.2-inch display at a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, Intel’s new Core M processor, 2GB of RAM, 256GB of solid state storage and runs Windows 8.1. The big news is that battery life, which should easily get you through the day, and Samsung also included the same Ultra Power Saving Mode featured on its recent flagship phones like the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 4.

The design also looks pretty sleek, with plenty of soft plastic and a metallic ring around the edges. It weighs in at just 950 grams (2 pounds), compared to 2.38 pounds for the 11-inch MacBook Air and 2.96 pounds for the 13-inch MacBook Air.

We’ll be sure to check out Samsung’s new ultrabook next week at CES, along with its new curved display all-in-one PC, 360-degree wireless speaker and whatever other surprises the company has planned.
