The ongoing legal bout between Samsung and Apple has already unearthed early prototype images of the iPad and iPhone. However, the latest findings have uncovered two of Samsung's unannounced Windows Phone 8 devices. According to documents obtained by The Verge, the "Odyssey" and "Marco" are a pair of Windows Phone 8 smartphones that will feature a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 processor and LTE network connectivity.

The Samsung Odyssey will feature a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED display, NFC-capabilities and an 8-megapixel camera. The inclusion of NFC suggests that the Odyssey will take advantage of Windows Phone 8's new Wallet Hub mobile payment system. As for the Marco's descriptive features, the handset will include a 4-inch Super AMOLED display and a 5-megapixel camera.

If the court documents listing these two devices are up to date, then they are slated for a fourth-quarter release, which makes us think that one of them could be the Sprint-bound Windows Phone 8 handset that we heard about earlier in the year.
