Samsung's next big phablet flagship will reportedly launch in Sept., not long after its alleged Sept. 4 announcement. According to SamMobile's sources, the Korean company will indeed introduce its Galaxy Note III early next month, and launch the device shortly after—no specific date was provided, or price, but those announcements will likely be made by individual carriers once Samsung unveils the device.

In addition to the Note III, Samsung is also expected to share details about its Galaxy Gear smart watch, which we've been hearing about quite a bit these last few weeks; that device's launch is currently penciled in for an Oct. release. SamMobile doesn't say how widely available the wearable device will be, or at what price, so there's still much to learn about Samsung's mysterious watch.

We're not all that far away from Samsung's Sept. 4 event, so we'll see both relatively soon. Samsung will allegedly completely drop the 16GB variant of the Note III when the device is introduced, due in large part to the lack of usable storage left over by the company's software enhancements. We'll found out pretty soon if SamMobile's sources are correct.
