New spec information for Samsung Galaxy Note II has apparently been leaked prior to its IFA debut this week.

The Note II looks to sport the same rectangular-shape with “rounded corners” as the bezel gets smaller by “pushing the display closer to the edges.”

The Seoul Newspaper claims it has obtain the following exclusive Galaxy Note II (model number GT-N7100) specs:

Samsung Galaxy Note II Tech Specs

  • Jellybean (Android 1.1.1)
  • 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, 1280 X 720 resolution
  • Exynos 4412 processor (1.4 quad-core)
  • 16GB or 32 GB built-in storage
  • 3G/4G LTE support
  • 8.0-megapixel camera
  • S-pen
  • Video Hub
  • Samsung Apps
  • “Relatively thin for its large size”

The Seoul Newspaper reports that despite a lot of other Android phones ditching physical buttons, Samsung has maintained the home button on the Galaxy S III and the Note II will also maintain it’s squareish home button (at least for the time being). No word yet on whether the home button will remain on all versions, the U.S.-carrier versions of the original note lost this feature.

These specs appear pretty much in line with what we have anticipated for months.

Further information will be available as we cover IFA over the next week. Stay tuned, the Galaxy Note II promises to be BIG (yes, pun intended).
