Samsung's product launch game plan around the Galaxy Note 10.1 has been one of the strangest we've ever seen. The tablet was advertised at Mobile World Congress way back in February, but it has yet to land on any retail store shelves. Now, a 31 second commercial for the unavailable tablet has surfaced.

We're not exactly sure what the holdup is — perhaps Samsung is worried Apple's lawyers will try to ban sales of the tablet as they have with the Galaxy Tab 10.1 — or maybe Samsung is switching up the internal hardware and prepping Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. We're definitely expecting to hear more about the tablet, which features support for S Pen input just like the Galaxy Note does, during IFA in Berlin next month. We'll be on the show floor, so stay tuned for tons of mobile news.

Update: It was fun while it lasted but the video has been pulled from YouTube.
