The Galaxy Note II offers a 5.5-inch screen, but Samsung isn't going to stop there. Rumors suggest the Galaxy Note III might offer a larger display, but now a fresh batch of whispers suggests that Samsung may have an entire new line of phablets that will launch under the "Galaxy Mega" moniker.

SamMobile said Samsung has at least two Mega devices coming, including the Galaxy Mega 5.8 GT-I9152 and the Galaxy Mega 6.3 GT-I9200. As the names imply, the Mega 5.8 will sport a 5.8-inch screen while the Mega 6.3 will launch with a 6.3-inch display. The only clue we have that these rumors might be legit is a spec for Samsung's new GamePad controller, which support screen sizes up to 6.3-inches. We originally thought that was just a random spec measurement, but now that the Galaxy Mega family appears to exist, it makes a bit more sense. Unfortunately we don't have any other specs to go with the rumor other than a hint that both phones will launch in black and white.

The devices are due out in "week 22" and "week 25" of this year, SamMobile said, which translates to May 27 and June 17.
