Samsung recently (accidentally?) confirmed the Galaxy S4 Mini in an interview with Bloomberg Businessweek. The phone hasn't been officially announced yet, but that could change this week. SamMobile said it has learned that Samsung has plans to introduce the phone sometime this week, following the spilled beans in the Bloomberg report and the recent bevvy of leaked information. The goal is to get the phone on store shelves between the end of May and the first week of June.

Like the Galaxy S4, Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy S4 Mini in black and white hues. SamMobile also said dual-SIM and single-SIM models are planned. A dual-SIM device allows two users to share a single phone with two different phone numbers. The latest rumors suggest the phone will run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and will be equipped with a 4.3-inch qHD and an 8-megapixel camera. That's a far cry from the 5-inch 1080p screen and 13-megapixel camera on the Galaxy S4.
