This week, Canada has officially become home to the most gaming leaks the industry has offered up in a long time. Previously, Canadian Best Buy's outed the existence of a Wii Mini. That rumor proved to be true as Nintendo confirmed the existence of the remodeled system within hours.

Today? Canadian retailers Future Shop and Best Buy have signaled the existence of Yoshi's Land for the Wii U.

Here, from All Games Beta, are what both stores offer up on their respective description pages for the potential title.

Best Buy Description

Take Yoshi on an epic adventure to remember in Yoshi Land for Nintendo Wii U. Check out Yoshi as you've never seen him before: in glorious high definition. Enjoy dual-screen control thanks to the Wii U Touchscreen GamePad, while you'll also be able to experience full integration with Nintendo's MiiVerse service.

Future Shop Description

Join everyone's favourite dinosaur in his first big starring role on Nintendo Wii U – Yoshi's Land. Utilise the power of the Wii U Touchscreen GamePad to enjoy dual-screen fun in this epic adventure with stunning HD graphics and connectivity with the MiiVerse.

Keen eyes will likely have noticed the disparity between the two descriptions; Best Buy calls it Yoshi Land while Future Shop calls it Yoshi's Land. We'll give the nod to Future Shop here, considering that a lot of Yoshi's previous titles sport a possessive: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Cookie, Yoshi's Safari, etc.

For a lot of Nintendo fans, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island is one of the best and most gorgeous games in the Super Nintendo's library of software. If this potential Wii U title is in any way a successor to that wonderful game, expect fans to go completely bonkers.

We'll let you know if this rumor is either confirmed or squashed by Nintendo.
