PlayBook

by Todd Haselton | December 1, 2012

RIM’s BlackBerry PlayBook made its debut in the spring of 2011 and is RIM’s first tablet, as well as the company’s first QNX-powered device. It was met with relatively lukewarm reception from consumers, largely due to software limitations (it didn’t have an email client at launch) and a small app ecosystem.
