Nintendo has officially announced Pokémon Art Academy for the western part of the world, and Pokémon fans, aspiring artists and 3DS owners will be able to pick it up this fall.
If you’re unfamiliar with the Art Academy series, it is exactly what it sounds like. The title features a series of progressively more difficult drawing tutorials. You’ll learn how to trace, shape, form and color your own creations.
Pokémon Art Academy takes that top-selling formula and slaps the Pokémon brand on it. I’m a terrible artist, I love Pokémon and I know I’ll be giving this a crack. Who among us poor pencillers hasn’t wanted to sketch Snorlax in their free time?
We’ll have more on this offering as it comes.
