Electronic Arts recently revealed a new map we'll be able to play in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 when it hits early next year.

Seeds of Time looks like a huge map that calls back to Plants vs. Zombies 2, which took place across various time periods. It looks, from the trailer, a bit like a ruined theme park, with exaggerated versions of monuments littering the map. We see a dinosaur-themed area, an ancient Egypt area, and a Roman coliseum.

With options like 4-player coop and 24 player versus, big, varied maps will be a necessity, and in the game's solo mode they should feel downright massive.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 is set to release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One next spring.
