Being good enough at a video game to get other players to think you’re a hacker happens. I can remember seeing folks accused of wall hacks back when Counter-Strike first launched, and the tradition began well before then.

On the official tournament level, being accused of hacking is much more severe. That happened to a Korean Overwatch pro player known as Gegury.

Gegury is seen at the head of this post playing as Zarya and absolutely destroying folks. According to Redditor Calycae, Gegury rocks an absurd 6.31 KDA and a win rate of 80% over 420 games played.

Gegury and her team did so well while winning the Nexus Cup qualifiers that the opposing team wound up moving through the steps to report her to Blizzard Korea for cheating. Blizzard looked into it and said she wasn’t.

In an attempt to further prove her accusers wrong, Gegury decided to take the stage and livestream herself playing Overwatch to show the world her skill level. She rocked it, and that’s what you see in the video above.

The icing on the cake? Two Korean pros said they’d quit if their accusations of Gegury cheating turned out to be false. They made good on their promise, and they’ve since quit.

This story is incredible.
