We've been waiting with bated breath to see how OnePlus will follow up its flagship One smartphone, and a new leak may finally reveal what the Chinese startup has planned. New photos and specs for an alleged OnePlus One Mini surfaced this week, courtesy of GizmoChina.

OnePlus Mini looks a lot skinnier than its predecessor, based on two leaked photos, which should make it easier to grip with one hand. Rumored specs for the device include a 5-inch 1080p display, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 615 processor, dual 8-megapixel cameras and Android 4.4.4. The price will allegedly come in at just 1,499 RMB (roughly $240), which helps explain some of that mid-range hardware.

It seems likely OnePlus is still deciding what type of hardware to include in its next smartphone. These photos are pretty convincing though, suggesting that the company is in fact working on a smaller version of its flagship handset. Whether that ends up being the OnePlus Mini, the upcoming OnePlus Two or something else entirely still remains to be seen.
