OnePlus One owners can finally download Cyanogen OS 12, which brings Android 5.0 Lollipop to the popular ROM. The company announced the update on Monday evening, following multiple delays that pushed the release back for several frustrating weeks.

The latest version of Cyanogen’s software includes a Material Design refresh, adding new animations, interactions and an updated visual look. It also introduces a few new features, including an App Themer for customizing your phone and an in-house email client based on Boxer. Cyanogen OS 12 users will even get free access to premium email features such as Exchange support, multiple account integration, quick canned responses and customizable notifications.

That’s all we know for now, though we can’t wait to dive into the latest version of Cyanogen OS and see what else is in store. The update should be rolling out to all OnePlus One devices now, while the Micromax-made Yureka is following close behind.

So go ahead and jump into the Setting menu on your OnePlus One to see if the update is available, and check back soon once we’ve had a chance to try out Cyanogen OS 12 for ourselves.
