If you're a Star Wars fan, you're going to want this phone. The OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition just became official with a release date scheduled for later in the month.

Nothing on the inside is different between the regular OnePlus 5T and the Star Wars-themed model. Both have identical internal specifications, and their overall designs are the same as well. It's the color scheme that separates them.

While the regular model is entirely black, this new one has a white body with red accents. OnePlus made the alert slider red and stamped a red-colored Star Wars logo on the bottom of the back. The front is still black, but the back is a frosted white.

No one has actually used the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition yet, so we can't tell you what the software is like. OxygenOS based on Android 7.1 Nougat is a definite; however, Disney and Lucasfilm might have been able to pre-install some things like custom apps and wallpapers.

The unveiling was made at Bangalore Comic Con in front of thousands of attendees, many of them Star Wars fanatics.

OnePlus will release the special model exclusively in India through Amazon, and the release date coincides with the premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The online retailer will begin offering the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition on December 14. Then, on December 15, the film will start playing in theaters worldwide. OnePlus also plans to celebrate The Last Jedi's arrival with a launch event in Mumbai where fans can check out the phone and experience a mysterious surprise.
