Today, we’re feasting our eyes on two sets of renders allegedly showcasing the design of the upcoming OnePlus 5. Both mockups sport a dual-lens camera system, which looks remarkably similar to the one on board the iPhone 7 Plus, though they appear to disagree with each other about the antenna, button and LED placement.

Naturally, we can’t verify the authenticity of these images. They were uploaded to Chinese social networking website Weibo over the weekend by a user account that doesn’t have an established record in the leak industry — so they should be taken with a considerable pinch of salt.

Two variants?

According to a recent report, the OnePlus 5 is set to pack a 5.5-inch display, a Snapdragon 835 CPU, 6GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage and a 3,600mAh battery that’s capable of charging 25 percent faster than the OnePlus 3T. The firm is also rumored to be working on a variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for the Chinese market.
