Last week, Samsung’s subsidiary in the UK took to its official Twitter account to reveal that the long-awaited Nougat update for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge has been delayed (surprise, surprise) while it reviews the quality of the firmware.

Unfortunately, the representative helming the account was unable to confirm exactly when the update will reach customers, but did state that it’ll be “made available at the earliest opportunity,” as Samsung is committed to providing the highest quality software.”

But what about Turkey?

It’s not just the UK that’s experiencing the delay, though. The upgrade was expected to arrive on devices in Turkey on February 27, but lo and behold, it never did. Whether the holdup is for the same reason remains unknown, but you probably wouldn’t be wrong in assuming it is.
