Despite no official announcement or any indication the device is heading to Verizon, a handful of accessories for the Lumia Icon have appeared in some new images posted by WPCentral. And no, you can’t go out and buy these cases from Verizon—yet. Based on the fact that these cases are already reaching Verizon retail locations, the device’s arrival certainly seems imminent. The latest rumor claimed the Icon would hit sometime in either February or March.

Alleged specs of the Icon include a 5-inch 1080p OLED screen, Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 20-megapixel PureView camera, NFC and 2420mAh battery. A recently leaked Verizon user guide showed off the device’s design, which looks a lot like Nokia’s other Lumia devices.

These cases don’t reveal much else about the upcoming Icon; no release, no price, nothing. Nokia has an event planned for Feb. 24 at Mobile World Congress, so perhaps we’ll learn more then. This device has been leaking often enough that it might as well be official. But until that happens, we’ll take these cases to be gentle suggestions that there could be some mysterious Lumia Icon on the horizon. I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.
